A Primeira exposição a solo de Bráulio Amado é um resumo dos últimos 5 anos em que começa a desenhar e ilustrar. O título O PRAZER É TODO MEU tem um sentido dividido entre o agradecimento a uma série de oportunidades e pessoas com quem foi aprendendo e bebendo inspiração, ao mesmo tempo que traduz todo o sentimento para com os trabalhos que foi realizando. A ligação à música e à ética do punk-diy parece inevitável, mas acima de tudo é o manifesto de um artista que, ao mesmo tempo que se perde nas coisas que gosta e admira, tenta construir algo no meio delas.
The first Braulio Amado' solo exhibition is a summary of the last five years of drawing and illustrating. O PRAZER É TODO MEU (The pleasure is all mine), the title, expresses gratitude to a lot of oportunities and people from whom he has been learning and drinking inspiration, but also expresses all the feeling for the work he has been doing.
The connection to music and ethics of punk-diy seems inevitable, but most of all it's the manifesto of an artist who, while he's lost in the middle of the things they like and admire, trys to build something among them.
